Assaf Winery

Assaf Winery is located in Kedem Wine Village, an agricultural tourism project that features the winery building, cellar room, winery grounds, Adika Coffee House and guest cabins. The Kedem family has produced quality wines since 1998. The winery's vineyards, which are owned by the family and tended by Assaf and Oren Kedem, benefit from the fertile basaltic soil of the Golan Heights. Assaf Winery produces about 55,000 bottles annually, with all grapes harvested exclusively from the family-owned vineyards. Kedem Wine Village is housed in a beautiful historic building that was renovated by the family while preserving its character and authentic appearance. In our visitors center you will find a tasting room, gift store, private room for groups, the coffee house, and a beautiful patio with open views of the Golan Heights.
