Ein Keshatot, a National Heritage site, has a moving story that spans well over a thousand years. The site features a Jewish village from the Period of the Mishnah and the Talmud, with a synagogue at its center. In the heart of the synagogue is an Ark Complex that is the most complete and the most magnificent ever to be discovered in Israel. The ancient village is situated above the Samekh Riverbed, and has scenic views towards Lake Kinneret and the hills of the Galilee.
The Ein Keshatot site offers a visit to the spring that flows into ancient pools surrounded by shaded areas. In the very center of the site stands a synagogue that was excavated and reconstructed with advanced technological methods that allow the building to stand today at the height of one story.
